Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, or public sector properties
*Identify fire hazards and assess levels of risk
*Provide clear, practical recommendations to mitigate fire risks
*Produce detailed survey reports in line with regulatory standards
*Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g. Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005)
*Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding findings and actions
*Support fire safety improvement programmes and remedial works
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety guidance and best practice
