Night Shifts: 9am-6am, £17.21 per hour, overtime available
OR
Late Shifts: 4pm-1am £14.27 per hour, overtime rate of £17.21ph
About the Role:
A well-established food manufacturing company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join its production team.
Due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Requirements:
*Valid, accredited Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
*Valid UK Driving Licence
*Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
*Basic English and maths skills
*Physically fit for manual work
*Comfortable in fast-paced environment
*Food production experience is helpful but not required
Key Responsibilities:
*Supply bulk packaging and materials to production and packing lines.
*Load and unload delivery vehicles.
*Support efficient stock rotation and use handheld RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
*Help reduce waste and product damage during transit and storage.
*Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP and site hygiene procedures.
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and yard area.
*Complete required quality and pre-shift forklift inspection checks accurately.
*Operate all material handling equipment safely.
*Work closely with colleagues across production, packing, engineering and quality.
