Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Humanities Teacher with QTS to join a supportive secondary school in Northamptonshire from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented educator who can engage students across the Humanities curriculum, helping them develop critical thinking skills, cultural awareness, and a deeper understanding of the world around them. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.
The RoleAs a Humanities Teacher, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Teach subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Studies, depending on your specialism and the school’s requirements.
*Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and academic achievement.
*Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing effective feedback to support development.
*Encourage students to think critically about historical events, geographical issues, and global perspectives.
*Uphold high standards of behaviour, achievement, and safeguarding.

Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Two professional references covering the past two years.
