Location – Stratford
Salary - Up to £30,000
Working Hours - Monday–Friday 9am–6pm,
Driver not essential for this role
Our client, based in the thriving area of East London, is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants always receive an outstanding level of service.
The Role:
*Managing a portfolio of properties
*Booking and checking Management Inspections
*Identify maintenance issues and potential risks.
*Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
*Advise owners on maintenance, budgeting, and property improvements.
*Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
*Preparation of tenancy agreements
*Process referencing
*Collection and processing of documentation from landlords and tenants
*Manage tenant move ins and move outs
*Conduct regular property inspections
*Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and local authority requirements.
Skills Required:
*Property and facilities management knowledge.
*Customer service and communication skills.
*Budgeting and financial management.
*Negotiation and conflict resolution.
*Organization and time management.
*Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
*Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
