Full job descriptionCustomer Service Team Manager | Wigan | 8 Months Matternity Cover |£28,272 per anumHours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm
KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long-standing client, who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Temp basis.
You will be responsible for:
*Answering telephone calls professionally and courteously
*Processing orders efficiently and accurately
*Managing direct shipments from supplier to customer
*Placing orders with internal/external suppliers and arranging timely deliveries
*Monitoring stock levels in line with customer demand and supplier lead times
*Managing customer expectations and proactively communicating any issues related to their order
*Handling invoice queries and raising credit notes when necessary
*Maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive customer information.
The successful candidate will have:
*Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Previous experience in customer service roles
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Ability to work under pressure
*Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
