We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and well-established organisation based in West Malling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and relationship-building skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Offering hybrid working, you’ll typically spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.

The Role
*Providing outstanding customer support via phone and email.
*Managing customer enquiries from initial request through to completion.
*Preparing quotations and helping customers identify suitable solutions.
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
*Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
*Monitoring progress and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.
About You
*Previous experience in a customer service, account management or sales support role.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
*High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities.
*A proactive and positive approach to customer relationships.
