Full job descriptionJob Title: General Operative
Location: Ashford
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £12.95 per hour, increasing to £13.80 after 6 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Two shifts available - 6:30am-3pm OR 11:30am–8:00pm.
Benefits: Weekly pay, up to 28 days annual leave, free on-site parking, access to benefits platform
Key Responsibilities:
*Labelling.
*Stacking and preparing pallets for dispatch.
*Place finished orders into the correct area.
*Assist with cleaning.
What We’re Looking For:
*Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
*Able to lift up to 25kg.
*Organised.
*Proactive.
