The RoleAs an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and helping businesses secure the talent they need to grow.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role offering excellent progression opportunities and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities*Building and developing relationships with engineering clients
*Identifying and winning new business opportunities
*Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
*Advertising vacancies and proactively headhunting talent
*Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
*Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies
*Working towards individual and team performance targets

*Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
*Previous recruitment, sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential
