Full job descriptionKCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this exceptional organisation on the outskirts of Newcastle to recruit a Finance Manager, to work alongside the FD. Your duties will be as follows:
*Responsible for the monthly management accounts process with full commentary
*Managing the P & L and balance sheet
*Responsible for financial reporting, working capital and cash flow forecasts
*Producing and analysing KPIs to assist with cost control
*Working with senior managers to improve performance and efficiency
*Partnering with budget holder to deliver financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
*Assisting with year-end accounts
*Managing a small team
You will be a qualified Accountant or have experience in a senior financial role. The ability to work alone, as well as collaboratively is essential. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel are a pre-requisite.
