Full job descriptionCommercial Property Solicitor 2+ PQE, Bedfordshire, £50,000 to £70,000 plus extensive benefits, hybrid working. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the expanding property team of a highly regarded regional law firm. The successful solicitor will manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landlords, lenders and commercial businesses. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
The role will involve advising on a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and disposals, land and development transactions, mixed-use property matters, auction sales and purchases, secured lending, refinancing and bridging finance, landlord and tenant work, property transactions involving pension schemes, transfers of equity and Land Registry matters. Applications are welcomed from solicitors with approximately two or more years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload, possess strong technical and commercial awareness, and demonstrate excellent client relationship and business development skills. A proactive and organised approach, together with a genuine ambition to progress within a successful and growing team, will be essential. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, an annual performance-related bonus, participation in an additional bonus day scheme, hybrid working arrangements following completion of probation, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and a clear pathway for career progression.
