Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities*Manage and coordinate IT resource allocation across projects, programmes, and BAU activities
*Work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and technical leads to forecast resource demand and capacity
*Develop and maintain resource plans, ensuring optimal utilisation of internal and external resources
*Identify resource gaps and support recruitment, onboarding, and supplier engagement activity
*Monitor workloads and performance, ensuring delivery remains on track
*Provide reporting and insight on resource usage, risks, and forecast planning
*Support continuous improvement in workforce planning and delivery processes
