Office Based: Belfast
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg

The role of Estimator – Structural Building Components includes:
*Estimator position dealing with a range of residential & commercial concrete / structural building components
*Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
*Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
*Producing formal quotations to customers
*Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
*Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
*Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
*Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Structural Building Components with
*Must have Estimating experience within the Construction sector
*Highly advantageous to have experience within the Civils sector, ideally dealing with concrete products, structural building components or infrastructure systems.
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Full UK driving license
*Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Good team player who also works well individually
