The Role:
*Full ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting
*Responsibility for day-to-day finance operations
*Business partnering with operational and sales teams
*Cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting
*Driving process improvements and efficiencies
*Supporting audit and wider commercial decision-making
About You:
*Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or experienced accountant
*Strong background in management accounting
*Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently
*Experience with Xero or similar systems
*Strong Excel and stakeholder management skills
