We are working with a well-established international organisation with a strong presence in the Northeast, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team on an initial 3-6 month contract.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic, commercially focused environment, supporting key financial processes and delivering high-quality insights to stakeholders.


The Role
*Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core management accounting activities, including:
*Production of monthly management accounts with commentary
*Variance analysis and performance reporting
*Budgeting and forecasting support
*Business partnering with operational stakeholders
*Balance sheet reconciliations and ledger reviews
*Supporting continuous improvement across finance processes and systems


About You
*We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can hit the ground running:
*Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or qualified by experience
*Strong experience in management accounting within a commercial environment
*Advanced Excel skills (essential)
*Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI (highly desirable)
*Exposure to ERP systems (experience with niche/less common systems beneficial)
*Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments
