About Our ClientOur client is a well established and growing recruitment business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality staffing solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their successful Commercial Recruitment team in Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or a sales professional looking to build a rewarding career within a fast-paced and lucrative sector.
The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant within the Commercial Division, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions across a variety of commercial disciplines including:
*Administration
*Customer Service
*Sales & Business Development
*Marketing
*Office Support
*Finance & Accountancy Support
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities*Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
*Source, interview and assess candidates for permanent and temporary vacancies.
*Write compelling job advertisements and manage candidate attraction campaigns.
*Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees.
*Arrange and manage interviews between clients and candidates.
*Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets.
*Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
*Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
