About The Role
Senior National Account Manager, leading Tesco and Sainsbury’s
Main Responsibilities
*Full P&L responsibility for Tesco and Sainsbury’s
*Delivering agreed business KPIs and growth objectives
*Ownership of volume and value forecasting, alongside internal P&L reporting
*Supporting pricing and promotional strategy development
*Leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes
*Driving distribution gains, range reviews and NPD listings
*Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
Who We Are Looking For
*5 plus years experience in FMCG account management roles
*National Account Management experience; grocery experience with big 4 retail is essential
*P&L owned /strong leadership and forecasting experience
*Strong communication skills to develop and manage key buying relationships
*A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work closely within a small team
*The energy to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving business
*A self-starter mindset with ambition to progress
*Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and sales forecasting tools
*Experience with category data
*Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial targets
*Experience working with Tesco and or Sainsbury’s, including Joint Business Plans, is highly advantageous.
