Location: Wellingborough
Shift Options:
*PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£13.25 per hour)
*Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (£14.57 per hour)
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading window manufacturing company based in Wellingborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
*Loading and unloading vehicles
*Moving stock and finished products around the warehouse and production areas
*Packing window products and components ready for dispatch
*Assisting with general warehouse duties
*Manual handling of products and materials
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Supporting production and dispatch teams as required
Requirements:*Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
*Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
*Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
*Good attention to detail
*Willingness to undertake warehouse and manual handling duties alongside FLT work
*Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
