We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across North Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract role on a portfolio of civil engineering schemes, working within an established delivery team on projects involving highways, drainage, infrastructure and environmental works.

The Role
*Managing day-to-day site operations
*Leading site teams and subcontractors
*Planning and coordinating works programmes
*Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
*Liaising with clients, stakeholders and commercial teams
*Managing quality, HSEQ and project documentation
*Supporting project reporting and progress meetings

Requirements
*Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
*Strong understanding of NEC contracts
*Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage or environmental projects
*SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
*Strong communication and leadership skills
