Teacher of Religious Education (Part-Time) - Sheffield
September - December 2026
2 Days per Week | KS3 & KS4

Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Sheffield that is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Religious Education to join their team on a part-time basis from September 2026 through to December 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate RE specialist to make a meaningful impact, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The Role*Deliver high-quality RE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
*Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
*Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion and critical thinking
*Work collaboratively with the Humanities department
*Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
The Ideal Candidate*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching RE at secondary level (KS3 & KS4 essential)
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Religious Education
*Ability to engage and motivate pupils of varying abilities
*Excellent classroom management skills
*Available to work 2 days per week (days to be confirmed)
