The Role
*Generate new business opportunities and secure new client partnerships.
*Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling and prospect outreach.
*Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
*Perform market mapping and identify growth opportunities within target sectors.
*Source and engage high-quality technology professionals.
*Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
