Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Support Coordinator for our Edinburgh site (EH28 8PJ) to support our internal and external sales teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders, pricing, customer documentation, and CRM data are processed accurately and efficiently, helping to deliver excellent customer service and support business growth.
This is an internally focused, precision-led role that is critical to both service quality and business growth. It is an office-based role working 37½ hours per week, working Monday to Friday, office hours (to be arranged).
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Order Processing
*Process customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
*Validate pricing, product specifications, delivery details, and commercial terms.
*Support sales teams with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
*Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations, and related documentation.
Pricing & Documentation
*Maintain customer quotations, pricing schedules, and commercial records.
*Ensure pricing approvals and processes are followed.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer documentation.
CRM & Reporting
*Maintain accurate customer and sales data within the CRM system.
*Resolve data discrepancies and ensure system integrity.
*Produce reports to support sales performance and forecasting.
Customer Support
*Respond to order queries and customer requests professionally.
*Liaise with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues promptly.
*Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement
*Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency.
*Support the development of effective systems and workflows.
*Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer service and business performance.

*Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.
*Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
*Customer-focused with a collaborative approach.
*Confident using CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
