They are seeking a skilled, qualified Management Accountant to join their Accounting & Finance department on an interim basis.
Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business operations.
*Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
*Oversee cost analysis and control to ensure efficiency across departments.
*Collaborate with other departments to monitor and report on financial performance.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
*Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised qualification in accounting or a related field.
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
*Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
