A fantastic hybrid opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to 3 Partners for a global Management Consultancy. This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be meticulous in your approach, with the ability to manage upwards, working collaboratively across the business. Hybrid working available - 3 days a week in the office.
What You’ll Do:
*Provide proactive diary and inbox management for the three Partners across different time zones
*Act as the right-hand person for all business related matters
*Take ownership of executive calendars, ensuring priorities are managed effectively
*Coordinate travel, including visas where required
*Draft and format business correspondence, presentations and other documentation
*Maintain accurate records within the CRM and support business development activities through reporting and administration
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts
*Support with adhoc projects and event planning
*Organise meetings, events and leadership activities, managing logistics and follow-up actions
*Process expenses and provide wider administrative support as needed
*Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements and the sharing of best practice
What You’ll Need:
*Proven experience in a Senior EA role supporting senior executives in a professional or corporate environmen
*Educated with a degree or secretarial qualification is desired but not essential.
*Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging at all levels
*The ability to exercise sound judgement, work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
*Experience using CRM systems and business support platforms
