Our client is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their clinic, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.


Key Responsibilities:
*Manage new patient inquiries through various channels: telephone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person
*Explain clinic services and daily operations with clarity and enthusiasm
*Foster human connections with new patients, providing excellent customer service at all times
*Prepare patient records and responses to patient inquiries
*Handle product deliveries and manage orders from suppliers
*Act as the point of sales post-treatment, taking payments and booking follow-up appointments
*Collaborate with clinic staff to anticipate their needs, ensuring an efficient workflow
*Support social media management, creating and posting engaging content and updates


What We’re Looking For:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
*Experience and comfort in using social media for business purposes
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile
*Professional experience in a similar role would be advantageous
*Team-oriented mindset, ready to pitch in and use your initiative

Working Pattern:
*Tuesday: 10AM - 5PM
*Wednesday: 9AM - 6PM
*Thursday: 11AM - 8PM
*Friday: 10AM - 6PM
*Saturday: 9AM - 5PM
