Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:
*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Performing supplier statement reconciliations
*Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
*Maintaining accurate records within the AP ledger
*Supporting month-end processes where required
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator when dealing with suppliers
*Able to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
