Assistant Sales Manager - Holloway
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Uncapped Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing estate agency in the Holloway area.
This role is ideal for a proven Senior Sales Negotiator or existing Assistant Manager looking to step into a leadership position, supporting the day-to-day running of a successful office while driving performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch
*Driving team performance and helping to achieve and exceed targets
*Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
*Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
*Negotiating offers and overseeing the sales process through to completion
*Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
*Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
*Assisting with strategy, marketing, and business growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager
*Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
*Proven ability to drive and influence team performance
*Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
*Target-driven with a commercial mindset
*Professional, proactive, and highly organised
*Full UK driving licence (preferred)
What’s on Offer:
*Basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
*10% individual commission
*5% generation commission (on self-generated business that completes)
*Quarterly bonus (subject to targets being achieved)
*Tiered commission structure above £150,000, increasing to 15%
