About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive childcare team in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about early years education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS standards
*Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development
*Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Support children’s learning through play and structured activities
*Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress
Requirements*Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
*Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
*Sound knowledge of EYFS framework
*A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to work flexibly to suit nursery needs
