The Role
*Managing and nurturing key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
*Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch
*Act as a main point of contact for clients and their needs
*Address and resolve agency queries
*Follow up with all consultants in the patch regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities
*Action cross sell opportunities identified
*Maintain a record of existing accounts, record account/consultant profile information/ activity and competitor
*Account map every account to identify key stakeholders
*Provide Umbrella training where necessary
*Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required
*Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch
Experience
*Worked in a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support
*Effective written and oral communication skills
*Experience in exceeding call targets each day
*Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
*Previous experience collaborating with end clients
*Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
*Proficient in Microsoft office
