Full job descriptionOur client a very successful global delivery solutions company are now looking to add a Quality Analyst to the team.
This amazing client is looking for someone with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
The Role
*Ensuring reports (Excel based reporting monitoring each leg of the parcels journey) across all our models are kept up to date daily
*Monitoring parcels from origin to destination through to delivery to the end consumer
*Any concerns or delays seen impacting Quality are highlighted in good time to the relevant supplier
*Liaise with suppliers (warehouse/broker/carrier) to resolve issues
*Take ownership of customer problems and be proactive in achieving solutions
*Communicating any delays to management
*Ensuring all parcel tracking is sent by our suppliers, highlighting any concerns
*Identify trends in performance that could have an impact to Quality
*Ensuring pre-alerts are sent accurately and on time to our suppliers
*Develop finger-tip knowledge of internal and external processes
*Willing to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
