The Role
*Design, build, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets
*Develop and own data models and outputs that support reporting and advanced analytics
*Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable data solutions
*Improve data quality, governance, and documentation across the data platform
*Promote best practices in analytics engineering and support the wider team in adopting them
*Contribute to the evolution of the data architecture as the platform continues to scale


Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience in analytics engineering or working closely with data analytics teams
*Advanced SQL skills within modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
*Experience building and automating data pipelines and workflows
*Working knowledge of dbt for data transformation
*Proficiency in Python for data manipulation or engineering tasks
*Experience delivering data to BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
*Understanding of data modelling principles and data warehouse design
*Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
