Blackpool | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
A well-established and growing business within the retail sector is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join its busy and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to provide key support to the sales function while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and customer support to ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer enquiries
*Liaising with customers via telephone and email
*Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
*Assisting with order tracking and project coordination
*Preparing sales documentation and reports
*Delivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
*Working closely with internal departments to ensure orders are completed on time
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration, retail, or a similar office-based role
*Sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
*A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
