Lettings Manager - Aldgate
One of London’s very best independents based in Aldgate who have stood the test of time with over 30 years experience are looking for an essential hire.
There are many like these. Corporate agencies have swallowed up many of these fantastic area experts and but our client are standing firm in the market.
This year they even have a trip to Lisbon arranged to celebrate turning 30!
What we are looking for here is a specific type of candidate - you need to be new business orientated, you’ll be adept at tying deals and winning instructions and managing the office efficiently day to day.
Package as follows:
£35k basic
Office Override Commission
Strong instruction bonuses
Up to £10k in bonuses for hitting overall targets
