Full job descriptionThe Account Manager role within the retail fashion industry requires a proactive individual to manage client relationships, and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service. This position involves working closely with retailers to ensure their requirements are met while supporting the growth of the business.

Description
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
*Act as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
*Oversee retail accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
*Negotiate prices with customers, and maintain a detailed critical path.
*Work closely with designers to develop attractive product for customers, which hit their briefs.
*Prepare and present reports on account performance and retail feedback.
*Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
*Resolve any retail concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
*Stay updated on trends and developments.
Profile
*Proven experience in account management with a fashion supplier, or experience at buyer level for a fast paced retailer.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
*Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
*Proficiency in using Excel, and relevant software tools and platforms.
*A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer needs.
*An understanding of the retail and fashion markets and their dynamics.
