Key Roles & Responsibilities*Plan, prepare, and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons across the Primary National Curriculum.
*Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-trust classroom environment that encourages pupil participation.
*Assess, track, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to accelerate learning.
*Collaborate seamlessly with teaching assistants to support pupils with SEND and EAL requirements.
*Maintain open, proactive communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
*Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Requirements for the Role*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.
*Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are highly encouraged to apply).
*Up-to-date knowledge of primary pedagogical practices and safeguarding procedures.
*A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
*Exceptional communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
