Part Qualified Accountant - Study Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a growing, operationally focused business. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across financial reporting, analysis, and business support, working closely with both finance and operational teams.
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making, while contributing to the overall financial control and governance of the business.


The Role
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary
*Deliver variance analysis to support financial performance insights
*Support month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments
*Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes
*Prepare VAT returns and support payroll processes
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
*Provide financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making

The Person
*2–3 years’ experience in an accounting role (ideally audit or manufacturing)
*Experience preparing management accounts
*Studying towards ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)
*Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
*Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
*Strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
