Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the allocation (letting) of temporary accommodation to eligible households.
*Oversee tenancy and property management, ensuring accommodation is safe, compliant, and suitable for occupation.
*Carry out property inspections and respond promptly to any issues or maintenance concerns.
*Liaise with tenants, internal teams, and external partners to resolve housing-related matters.
*Support residents to sustain their accommodation and understand their responsibilities.
*Ensure the effective collection of accommodation charges and assist with arrears management where required.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
