About the RoleThis varied position combines general administration with marketing support, customer engagement and database management. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the business run efficiently while supporting our communications and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
*Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
*Managing emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries.
*Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries where required.
*Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
*Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Marketing, Promotion & Content Development
*Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
*Creating and developing content for newsletters, websites and social media channels.
*Drafting written communications and marketing materials.
*Supporting brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
Customer Engagement
*Acting as a professional and friendly point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
*Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and in person.
*Building positive relationships and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Database & Invitation Process
*Maintaining and updating customer and contact databases.
*Managing invitation lists and event communications.
*Coordinating invitations, registrations and follow-up communications.
*Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Skills & Experience RequiredWe are looking for someone who is:
*An excellent writer, with strong short-form and long-form writing skills.
*IT confident, with an aptitude for learning new systems and managing databases.
*A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally via email, telephone and face-to-face.
*Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks.
*Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
*Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
