We’re recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join a well-run military kitchen near Woking, based in barracks at ATC Pirbright. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive environment where you can focus on leading shifts and delivering quality food, without the pressure of full menu or rota responsibility. Ideal for a confident chef ready to take the next step near Woking.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef near Woking, you will:

*Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
*Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient

*Strong in culinary skills with attention to detail
*Experienced in supervising or leading a kitchen team
*Consistent in delivering high-quality dishes
*Knowledgeable in food safety and high-volume service
