Full job descriptionWe have a rare opportunity to join a small but well established organisation based in Harpenden as an CustomerAccount Executive.
Joining an overall office based team of 16, you will be working in an open plan, buzzy environment.
There are even a couple of office dogs to keep you company!
About the role:
This is an admin/customer service role where you will be providing fast paced support to a team of Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
*Managing all sales and purchase processes.
*Importing and Exporting goods from and to the UK, including working out delivery schedules, pallet sizes, costs etc.
*Look after the clients’ requirements with an enthusiastic and helpful approach.
*Sourcing suitable products world-wide.
*Ability to build strong negotiation skills to network with all stakeholders of the business, internally and externally.
*Manage samples, shipments and deliveries going by the criteria provided by clients.
Ideally we are looking for candidates with a sales administration background, evidencing experience in the duties set out above. You will also need a proactive approach to your work with a desire to progress onto account management.
