What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in to tenancy end
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Coordinating repairs, maintenance works and contractor appointments
*Conducting property visits and ensuring accurate records are maintained
*Managing tenancy renewals, notices and general tenancy administration
*Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation

*Previous experience in residential Property Management
*Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload

*Positive, proactive and professional approach to work
*Full UK driving licence
