Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Essex, East London, and North East London.
This is a varied role offering a mix of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade works within tenanted and void properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Please note: This role covers multiple locations across Essex, East London, and North East London, so candidates must be comfortable with daily travel.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs within social housing properties.
*Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently and effectively.
*Complete a range of associated multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating.
*Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
*Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
*Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required.
Requirements*NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).
*Proven experience working as a Plumber Multi Trader within repairs and maintenance.
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
*Experience working within social housing is desirable.
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
*Good communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to manage a varied workload and meet productivity targets.
