Macildowie Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the East Midlands leading universities to recruit a Building Maintenance Manager to join their estate team.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the university estate including within venues; buildings and the student accommodation
You’ll bring a strong track record managing directly employed trades and external contractors with key duties including;
*Manage reactive and planned maintenance programmes (PPM)
*Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards are met
*Oversee contractors and project delivery
*Manage budgets and drive efficient service delivery
*Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders
