*Work hand-in-hand with the SENDCo and support staff to deliver specialised learning paths.

Requirements for the Role*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of primary teaching experience.
*Solid understanding of inner-city school demographics and strategies for driving positive pupil behaviour.
*A current, clear Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the Update Service.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage marking and planning cycles efficiently.
*A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a meaningful social impact.
