About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive early years team in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking term-time only work with flexible hours, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
*Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
*Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Requirements*Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
*Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
*Good understanding of the EYFS framework
*Passionate about child development and early learning
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
