Role:
*Leading projects from start to finish – from feasibility studies through to handover.
*Managing costs, procurement, financial reporting, and final accounts with precision.
*Preparing proposals, technical submittals, and RFIs while supporting CAD development.
*Collaborating with estimating, commercial, and contracts teams to keep delivery smooth and efficient.
*Representing the business at client, design, and progress meetings.
*Tracking KPIs and ensuring reporting deadlines are always met.
*Championing Health & Safety across every site.
*Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors.
*Owning project budgets and driving financial success.
Requirements:
*At least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in M&E Building Services.
*Proven success delivering projects from £500k to £4m.
*Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
*IT-savvy with excellent organisational ability.
*Relevant Mechanical / Building Services qualifications and certifications
