I am partnering with a leading media company that is seeking a highly organised and strategic PA with experience in the media industry to support its Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running in a newly created role, joining a highly respected company within a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Salary: Up to £60k
Location: London, West End
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Set-Up: Hybrid (4 days in office)
Start: Mid–End August

Who You Are:
*Proven experience supporting senior executives, at Managing Director or C-suite level, within a fast-paced and creative environment
*Highly organised with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities
*A collaborative team player who is happy to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
*Experience within the media industry and a founder-led business is highly advantageous

What You’ll Do:
*Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including complex diary and calendar management
*Coordinate frequent travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
*Manage invoices, process expenses, and raise purchase orders
*Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
*Assist with event planning and coordination
*Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships across the business
*Support the wider team and business initiatives as required
*Contribute to the continued growth and development of a dynamic department
