Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage the Housing & Public Protection Business Support Team, analysts, and complaints/review function
*Drive service improvement, innovation, and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes
*Provide strategic and operational support to the Housing & Public Protection leadership team
*Support the Assistant Director in the development and delivery of service priorities
*Oversee performance management, data analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
*Ensure effective handling of housing complaints, reviews, and customer feedback, driving service improvements
*Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus
*Manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality, efficient services
