Full job descriptionSenior HR Advisor (NHS) Vacancy Available
Rate: approx. £25 per hour Umbrella
Location: Hybrid / West Yorkshire
Contract Length: 3-6 months
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
*Providing HR support to management at a Senior level on a range of employee relations matters e.g. sickness, disciplinary, grievances and attendance
*Taking lead on complex casework
*Providing expert HR guidance and support during formal proceedings
*Assisting Managers in exclusion (suspension) meetings
