Pay Rate: £21.56 per hour
Hours of work: 36 hrs per week

Looking for your next facilities management challenge? We’re recruiting a Facilities Team Leader to oversee facilities services across schools, offices, community centres and other public buildings throughout Edinburgh.
Please note: PVG Membership required (£59 new application / £18 update)
What You’ll Do
*Lead and coordinate facilities management services
*Manage contractors and in-house teams
*Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures
*Drive service improvements and resolve issues
*Maintain asset records and provide operational updates
What We’re Looking For
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*Facilities management leadership experience (desirable)
*Strong communication and IT skills
*Proactive, organised and solution-focused approach
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
