Description
*Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, acting as a key point of contact
*Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and relevant regulations
*Oversee the preparation of management accounts, providing clear insight and analysis to clients
*Support tax compliance processes, including corporation tax returns and liaising with specialists where required
*Review work produced by junior team members, providing guidance and technical support
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value
*Assist with audits where required and contribute to wider team delivery
*Drive improvements in internal processes, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output
*Support senior leadership on ad hoc projects and business development initiatives
Profile
*ACA, ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
*Strong experience within practice, with exposure to a varied client portfolio
*Solid technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and compliance requirements
*Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
*Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members is highly advantageous
*Proactive and commercially aware, with a desire to develop into a more senior role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
